ALTRI CHANGES ITS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT MODEL WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO CO-CEO
Altri, a Portuguese company leader in the paper pulp production and forest management, hereby informs, under the terms and for the purposes of paragraph a) of the article 3, of the CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, that, at the Board of Directors Meeting, held today, it was decided to alter of the executive management model, aiming to better address the market challenges and giving coherence to the philosophy of management that the company has already in place.
Therefore, the chairman of the Board of Directors of Altri, Paulo Fernandes, will be Co-CEO and the vice-chairman, João Borges de Oliveira, will be, also, Co-CEO.
The other members of the board, Domingos Matos, Laurentina Martins, Pedro Borges de Oliveira and Ana Rebelo de
Mendonça will remain in their positions.
