Sri Krishna Gana Sabha is conducting the Yagnaraman July Fest from July 1 to 5, at its T. Nagar premises. On the occasion, the SKGS Yagnaraman Living Legend Award will be presented to Kuchipudi doyenne Yamini Krishnamurthy and the SKGS Yagnaraman Award of Excellence will be conferred on Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Shubhasri Ramachandran and Anirudh Athreya at a ceremony on July 5.

The schedule is as follows:

July 1 -- 5.30 p.m.: Inauguration; 6.45 p.m. ‘Mystic Journey’ Fusion Music by Saashwati Prabhu.

July 2 -- 10 a.m. ‘Kuravanji’ Therukoothu by V. Dakshinamurthy and Troupe; 6.45 p.m. Jugalbandi by O.S. Arun and Meeta Pandit.

July 3 -- 10 a.m. ‘Anjaneyar Vijayam’ Bommalattam by M. Somasundaram and Troupe; 6.45 p.m. NaMaargam II by Krithika Subrahmanian.

July 4 -- 6 p.m. Float and Padme, a contemporary dance production by Anita Ratnam; 7.15 p.m.: Prakriti and Purusha by Bhavana Reddy and Rakesh Sai Babu.

July 5 -- 5 p.m. Valedictory function; 6.15 p.m. ‘Strings and Bells’ by Astha Dixit and Deepak Pandit; 7.15 p.m. ‘Krishna Mayam’ by Pallipuram Sunil and Paris Laxmi.
