Earl Shilton Building Society in Leicester has added to its team with two hires.
Raj Lakhani has joined as head of IT, taking over the role from Alan Carvell who has retired after 14 years' service, while Ian Fiander has been named financial controller.
Paul Tilley, chief executive of Earl Shilton Building Society, said: "Raj and Ian will make excellent additions to our team thanks to their knowledge and skills and we are very excited to have them both on-board to help the Society continue to grow and prosper.

Earlier this month, Earl Shilton Building Society reported post-tax profit of £542,496 for the year to 30 April 2015 and lending of £17m. It also increased overall mortgage balances by more than £2m.
