Birla Financial Services (BFSI), a fully owned subsidiary of Yash Birla Group, has launched Birla Homes, its new real estate venture.

Birla Financial Services (BFSI), a fully owned subsidiary of Yash Birla Group, has launched Birla Homes, its new real estate venture. With the launch, the company has announced its foray into the real estate market in Bengaluru, through the strategic brand alliances model.

Manoj Singh, Birla Homes MD, said, “Birla Homes is an effort to provide affordable and elegant housing options to the masses. In a market where houses are overpriced, we are bringing luxury budgeted homes. Being an institution backed by professionals and market researchers, and with the capacity to deliver on time, financial leverage, supply chain optimisation and mainly the desire to create quality, (we plan to bring) value-added homes.”
