Sashastra Seema Bal celeberates International Day of Yoga in Bhopal

Over 720 personnel, including 420 recruits and 300 staff members, of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) celebrated International Day of Yoga in the city, which also saw participation from Dr KG Kabui, Commandant (Medical), Ajay Kumar, Commandant, Mrigen Sarmah, Deputy Commandant and 37 instructors.
Yoga is a part of training at the SSB recruit centre, which helps them build confidence and enhance concentration.
