President of Gujarat High Court Bar Association Yatin Oza today withdrew his resignation in a meeting of Managing Committee takes decision. Oza had submitted resignation couple of days ago. He said he had submitted resignation due to his social commitments, lack of enough time and his scheduled foreign visits for two months in near future. Oza said there are many serious issues like frequent contempt actions by court, lack of infrastructure facilities and more. He said agitation is needed to resolve such issues. Oza’s resignation was opposed by Bar Association after which he withdrew his resignation.
