GPT Group has moved to offload two residential development sites in Rouse Hill as demand for premium projects soars.

Both sites are in the group's Rouse Hill Town Centre, in Sydney's north-west.

Together the two sites span 4366 square metres and could house up to 152 apartments, subject to council approval. One site has a development application for 58 units, the other 94 units.

"The value of the sites is enhanced by the strong residential market in Sydney, the major growth under way in the region and the transport and public infrastructure investments being made by the government in Rouse Hill," GPT head of retail investment Brett Williams said.

The sites are on Caddies Boulevard, on the fringe of Rouse Hill, overlooking a mix of residential and landscaped areas.

PRDnationwide David Inkster will market the sites.
