In typical Indian terms, we'd say it looks like Salman's stars are in the wrong place! How else can one explain one problematic situation after another in his life? It's been just over a month since the drama of the hit-and-run verdict made news, and Salman is already in another legal hassle!

According to the the latest reports, Veer's producer, Vijay Galani, has filed a Rs. 250 crore defamation case against Salman Khan! Explaining his ordeal to the media, Galani recently stated that Salman's family and him go way back and that it was Salman who had suggested that he produce Veer along with Sajid Nadiadwala. According to Galani, trouble began when he and Salman had drawn an agreement that on 'overflow' of profits from the movie, the first 15 crores would go to Salman Khan. (Phew! Whatever that even means!) But as fate would have it, Veer bombed big time on box office and there was, well, no 'overflow' of profits per se! So, after that, Salman backtracked and found this agreement unacceptable. Long story short, there were legal letters exchanged and Salman even issued a non-cooperation letter against Galani. The court however ruled in Galani's favour. It has also put a stay on the non-cooperation letter, and hence, Galani is now suing Salman for Rs. 250 crores! Wow! Bad times just don't seem to end for Salman!

But why single out Salman? Check out these five times when our Bollywood celebs were too greedy for their own good!

1. When Saif Ali Khan didn't return Rs. 2 crore signing amount to Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment, and ended up having an official complaint against him.

Saif Ali Khan

Yes, that happened recently. Apparently Saif was to star in Reema Kagti’s film which was to be produced by Farhan and Ritesh’s Sidwani’s Excel Entertainment. An insider said "Saif was given Rs. 2 crore, which he hasn't returned. Hence, the complaint." The complaint has been registered with Association of Motion Pictures And Television Program Producers.

2. When Karan Singh Grover fell prey to a lottery scam and lost over Rs. 5 lakhs!

Karan Singh Grover

And yes, this too happened recently! Karan was tricked by fraudsters when his Rs 5.6 lakhs were siphoned off in an online Nigerian lottery scam. He paid the amount as processing fees for a winning prize money promised in an email received by him. Reportedly, the promised sum was a whopping Rs 4.31 crore. Come on, now that's just plain stupid!

3. When Aishwarya Rai went on to sign and shoot for 'Heroine', knowing well that she wouldn't be able to complete it on time.

We all know what this story is about. Aishwarya Rai signed and started shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Heroine', despite the fact that she was pregnant and knew she wouldn't be able to complete the film on time. Although she returned the signing amount, but it cost Bhandarkar losses for all the money he invested in the shooting of the movie with her.

4. When  Preity Zinta's cheque issued to Abbas Tyrewala bounced.

Abbas Tyrewala, the dialogue writer for Preity's movie Ishkq In Paris, filed a complaint against her because her cheque of Rs. 18.9 lakh issued to him bounced! In fact, a non-bailable warrant was also issued against Preity for not appearing in the court for proceedings.

5. When Sanjay Dutt didn't return Rs. 1.5 crore signing amount to Ekta Kapoor and got sued!
