RAMBAN, June 18: Two persons were killed when a vehicle, in which they were traveling in, skidded off the road and rolled into Bisleri nallah near Panthyal bridge here this morning.
The ill-fated Tata mobile vehicle bearing registration number JK02BC-1329, which was on its way to Srinagar from Jammu, skidded off the road and rolled down into Bisleri nallah near Panthyal bridge, resulting into on the spot death of two occupants.
After getting information, police and locals rushed to the spot and retrieved the bodies and shifted the same to Public Health Centre (PHC) Ramsoo.
The deceased have been identified as Dalbir Singh (34), son of Manjeet Singh of Digiana, Jammu and Manoj Kumar (30), son of Bishamber Dass of Gangyal, Jammu.
After completing medical-legal formalities, the bodies were handed over to family members for last rites.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at police station Ramsoo and investigation started.
