This week's best-dressed list has something for everyone.

If you're into bold colors and playful textures, check out the fabulous Missoni number that Michelle Obama wore in Milan. If you're more obsessed with cut-outs and high slits, Laverne Cox's gown will make you swoon. And if general bad-assery is your cup of tea, take a gander at model Abbey Lee Kershaw's too-cool-for-school look.

Check out our favorite outfits from the past few days and let us know if you agree with our picks.

Play with color AND texture.

Michelle Obama in Missoni: First of all, we have to say that FLOTUS has been killing it lately with her wardrobe choices and this Missoni number is no exception. Her dress by the Italian design house is perfect for her trip to Milan. The color, texture and pattern really pop against her glowing complexion and we love her practical (and fashionable) shoe choice.
If you're going with a simple dress, pick a bold color.

Angie Harmon in Max Mara: Harmon's dress is quite simple, but the bright red hue makes a big statement. Had this dress been in a neutral color, we doubt she would have made the best-dressed list.
A loose, cropped trouser is perfect for summer.

Ashley Madewke in Max Mara: Nothing says summer more than a monochromatic white outfit. Her loose blouse is paired with relaxed trousers, a combination that works well because her pants are cropped. Her metallic accessories and red lipstick are the perfect finishing touches.
Go big or go home.

Laverne Cox in Michael Costello: This look is so sexy. Cox is wearing a tight-fitting gown with a high slit, cut-outs and exposed cleavage, but somehow it isn't too much. She really went for it and her confidence is what is making this outfit best-dressed material.
Looking age-appropriate and fashionable aren't mutually exclusive.

Kiernan Shipka: Shipka stole the show at the "Fan Girl" screening fashion-forward, yet age-appropriate look. The collared, A-line dress worked well for the 15-year-old actress and her minimalistic accessories were a subtle nod to the fact that she is growing up. This girl's style is only getting better and better.
Just go for it.

Abbey Lee Kershaw: The cut-outs, the pleats, the hair, the septum piercing -- the entire look is so wrong, it's right.
Balance out a high slit with a long hem.

Kendall Jenner in Halston Herritage: She can really do not wrong lately, but this is especially right. Not only do we love this color with her dark hair, but the slit and heels are making her legs look even longer.
