Admission forms available at city degree colleges

KANPUR: Pandit Prithvi Nath (PPN) Degree College, affiliated to CSJM University, has started the online admission process. It is the first college in the city to have started online admission last year. Students can visit college website www.ppncollege.org and fill the form and submit the same till June 25 midnight.
College principal SK Gupta informed that 2500 admission forms have been sold in the last one week itself because most of the students want to seek admission in BSc and BCom courses in the college.He said that the forms are still available and the last date of their submission is June 25. The first merit list will be released on July 4.
Meanwhile, mission admission has also started in VSSD College in Nawabganj. College principal AS Bhatnagar informed that admission forms are available in Punjab National Bank, Azad Nagar branch. The last date to submit forms is June 30. All forms reaching the college by the said deadline will be included while making the cut off list. The first merit list will be released on July 3, he said.
Ashok Kumar Srivastava, principal of DBS College informed that admission in the college will be taken till July 31 on first come first serve basis.
Admission forms for BCom, BSc and BA courses are available in the college office. Students seeking admission in these courses will have to show the marksheets of class XII, he said.
