Ukrtelekom PAT : Ukrtelecom launching Cloud PBX for business and corporate customers

The Company is expanding its range of services provided to business and corporate customers. From now on, Cloud PBX service is available for activation.

Ukrtelecom offers its customers an access to the advanced information technology that greatly expands telecommunications capabilities of a business. As part of it, we have launched new Cloud PBX service. This service is able to replace PBX completely. Thus, the customer gets an opportunity to enjoy all the functionality of modern telephony without bearing such infrastructure costs as purchase and maintenance of PBX. Cloud PBX itself is hosted in Ukrtelecom's virtual system.

Cloud PBX provides such standard PBX services as extension numbering, voice greetings, IVR, black and white lists of calls, call statistics, multichannel phone number, call transfer, simultaneous call to multiple devices, video calls. Besides, the new service offers additional features:

• integrated corporate network (integration of a company's offices throughout Ukraine (including telecommuters) into a single telephone network with local phone numbers and extension numbering);
• cost reduction (the customer does not need to purchase, upgrade and maintain equipment; intercom is free; low cost of calls);
• quick management and configuration (independent and quick online connection of workplaces, configuration of numbers and value-added telecommunications services using modern interface);
• scalability(any quantity of phone and extension numbers can be wirelessly connected to Cloud PBX via the Internet (LAN, DSL or Wi-Fi));
• easy to transfer numbers (no georeferencing to the customer's office meaning all phone numbers are retained when moving offices).

To use Cloud PBX only the Internet access is required while making calls requires IP phones or PCs and smartphones with special software. In addition, in the case of major projects, we can integrate the existing PBX with Cloud PBX.

We offer various plans based on the number of extensions. Subscription fee starts from UAH 180 per month, each plan already containing a certain number of free calls.
