Winwin, part of the Casinos Austria Group, currently operates 14 outlets with 641 terminals. Comtrade Gaming’s sCore technology enabled Winwin to meet Austrian legislation requirements, where the operator’s gaming machines have to communicate with the federal system via the Gaming Standards Association’s G2S protocol.

Robert Vierziger, managing director of Winwin, said: “We needed the gaming systems management technology to connect our machines to the Austrian Federal Computing Centre (BRZ), from where terminals could be monitored in real time.

“Comtrade Gaming is the perfect partner for this - helping us to execute this in the optimal amount of time.”

Oliver Lynch, director of systems at Comtrade Gaming, added: “We have been actively developing our gaming systems management technology in accordance with GSA standards for eight years.

“We are delighted that Winwin chose us as a partner and that our sCore G2S engine helped them comply with Austrian gaming regulations requirements.”
