Akanksha Puri is Prithviraj’s heroine

Nadirsha’s Amar Akbar Antonyis getting bigger with more and more artistes joining the team. Apart from Prithviraj, Indrajith, Jayasurya, Asif Ali and Namitha Pramod, the latest entrant in the film is model-turned-actress Akanksha Puri. She recently joined the set of the film and is paired opposite Prithviraj.
Says the actress, “I am playing his love interest. I am a big fan of Prithviraj and had always wanted to act with him.I’m happy to have bagged the offer.” In Mammootty-starrer Praise the Lord, the actress was seen as a Delhi-bred Keralite and was paired opposite Ahmed Sidhique. Akanksha says she was not comfortable with Malayalam initially, but after dubbing for Praise the Lord, she has got a hold over the language. She says, “Praise the Lord was a good training ground for me. Now, I am finding it easier to understand the language.”
Meanwhile, Akanksha also has a Bollywood project in her kitty.
