Yash's mom summoned to court

Pushpa has been summoned in the rent case
Yash's mom summoned to court
Sandalwood actor Yash's mother Pushpa has been summoned on Monday to appear before court on July 20. She is accused of defaulting in paying rent of the house where she stays with her filmstar son.
The owners of the house had approached Girinagar police requesting them to have their house vacated for non-payment of rent. The owners, Dr Muni Prasad and Dr Vanaja who stay in Andhra Pradesh, have complained that the family of Yash has not paid rent for the last year and a half.
About four years ago when Yash was a budding actor, his family moved into the house situated in Banashankari for a monthly rent of Rs 40,000. After his movies started faring well, resulting in him becoming a big star, his success was attributed to the 'lucky house' they had shifted into. This prompted the family to want to buy the house.
They took their proposal to the owners. But Prasad and Vanaja did not wish to sell the house. The owners allege in the complaint that not only were Yash and his mother not paying rent properly, they were also coercing the owners to sell the property to them. Denying all allegations as baseless, Pushpa said, "We are willing to pay the rent arrears. As for vacating the house, the court will now decide that."
