Model Ayyan Ali has sought permission from Adiala Jail officials to send donations to Rohingya Muslims. She has also held special prayers for the Muslim community in Burma.
According to local media reports, Ayyan Ali has held meeting with jail authorities in this regard. It is also learnt that Ayyan Ali is also offering special prayers so that sufferings of Rohingya Muslims are lessened.
Reportedly, the supermodel kept fast for three days and also offered special prayers for the persecuted Muslim community in Burma.
Number of Muslims in Burma has been killed and thousands have been forced to flee the country, as fanatic Buddhist monks continue the onslaught of violence against the Muslim community.
Earlier this week, a customs court in Rawalpindi extended model Ayyan Ali’s remand in a money laundering case for the 12th time after the prosecution refused to argue on her bail application owing to lawyers’ strike over the Daska incident.
