Three of family injured as stove explodes

SURAT: Three members of a family suffered burns after a kerosene stove exploded in their house in Udhna on Sunday. Condition of one of the injured is stated to be serious. The stove exploded in the house of Sanjay Kathiyare and his brother Ashok Harinagar in Harinagar locality. Ashok's wife Shobha suffered over 65% burns and her condition is stated to be critical.Ashok also suffered about 45 per cent burns.
M H Sheikh, police inspector, Udhna police station said, "Just before the explosion took place, both brothers had some heated verbal spat regarding a family dispute."
