Based on the life of the 12th century mystic saint and a Vachana poet Sri Allama Prabhu, Allama is directed by TS Nagabharana and features Dhananjaya and Meghana Raj in lead roles.
Movie: Santheyalli Nintha Kabira
Actor: Shivarajkumar
Century Star Shivarajkumar will be seen playing the role of Kabira, based on the book Kabira Khada Bazaar Main by Bhisham Sahni. The film also stars Mollywood-import Sanusha.

Thippaji Circle, starring Pooja Gandhi in the lead, narrates the life of an actual devadasi, Thippaji, who revolted against the system to keep her daughters out of it.

Actor: Yagna Shetty
The life and times of Dr Ambedkar’s wife Ramabai, who stood strong against all odds and supported him all his life, will be subject of this Vasu Alur film. While Siddaram is Dr Ambedkar, Yagna Shetty plays Ramabai.
