Paris Air Show: IAI unveils modular AESA radars

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) has unveiled the new Ultra range of UHF active electronically scanned array (AESA) modular radars at the Paris Air Show.

The radar range was developed by ELTA Systems Group, an IAI subsidiary, and is capable of early warning, long-range search and tracking of ballistic missiles and low observable air breathing targets. It offers low long-range RCS target detection and can operate in dense electromagnetic environments and all weather conditions.
