Dhanush is a very close friend: Shivarajkumar

Choreographer-turned-director A Harsha’s release today — Vajrakaaya — has him collaborating with Century Star Shivarajkumar for the second consecutive time, which, comes not long after their hit outing Bhajarangi. But the treatment of the film, says Shivarajkumar, is completely different from their previous project.
“Harsha has crafted a perfect mass character for me — a very smart, stylish guy.The film has a very emotional subject, one of the highlights of which is the mother-son relationship between me and Jayasudha. Vajrakaaya is my second film with her and I believe that a lot of our combination scenes will strike a chord with audiences,” says the actor. But what appealed to Shivarajkumar most about working with Harsha is his style of picturization. “Harsha is basically a choreographer, so every sequence that he conceptualizes is like a ballet. This, in turn, makes every scene very beautiful,” he says. Vajrakaaya, incidentally, has a song — No Problem — sung by Tamil superstar Dhanush, which has become quite the rage. “Dhanush is a very close friend. In fact, we have met only 3-4 times, but our bond feels like we have known each other for years,” says Shivarajkumar.
