French World Cupper and striker Nicolas Anelka will be back in action for Mumbai City FC in the ISL second season. The franchise announced his signing, continuing an association with one of the crowd-pullers of last season, scoring two goals and bringing out the best in fellow Indian strikers like Subhash Singh.

Anelka said: “I am glad to be back with Mumbai City FC. I really enjoyed my time there last season and I can’t wait to see Mumbai, India and the fans again.”
