Sai Raghava Ratna Babu, the son of Krishna's brother G Adiseshagiri Rao, got engaged to Priyanka at a grand function that was attended by who's who of film industry, politics and other walks of life.

Producer G Adiseshagiri Rao held a grand engagement ceremony for Sai Raghava Ratna Babu and Priyanka at Hitex in Hyderabad on Sunday, 7 June. The Ghattamaneni family members like Krishna and his wife Vijaya Nirmala, Mahesh Babu and his wife Namratha and son Gautham were present on the occasion. They were seen receiving the guests and taking care of them.

The engagement was a starry and glitzy affair. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Harikrishna, Nara Rohith, Rajashekar and his wife Jeevita, Krishnamraju, Allari Naresh, K Raghavendra Rao and many other celebrities attended the function.

Sai Raghava Ratna Babu will tie the knot with Priyanka on 23 December, 2015. Their marriage will be a huge affair as hundreds of dignitaries from different spheres of life expected to attend it. Experts in the film nagar feel that it will be one of the biggest Tollywood events of the year.

Superstar Krishna was born to Ghattamaneni Ragavaiah Chowdary and Nagarathnamma. He has two younger brothers, Adiseshagiri Rao and Hanumantha Rao, and two younger sisters, Lakshmi Tulasi and Mangamma. His brothers and sister's husband have produced many movies.

Along with his brother Hanumantha Rao, Adiseshagiri Rao started a production house named Padmalaya Studios, which is one of the popular studios in Tollywood now. The duo has produced over 20 movies. Telugu movies such as "Alluri Seetharama Raju", "Devudu Chesina Manushulu" and "Kurukshetram", and Hindi films like "Sooryavansham" and "Himmatwala" are some of their notable contributions.
