A car carrying a marriage party from Mangalagiri overturned near Kothavajramkota village of Gollaprolu mandal on Monday morning, resulting in the death of a woman on the spot. According to sub-inspector Kondaiah, the driver of the vehicle, proceeding to Annavaram, lost control over the wheels and the vehicle overturned on the outskirts of Tenduri village. Nagamani (40), mother of the groom, died on the spot, while the bride and bridegroom sustained grievous injuries. They were admitted to Tuni area hospital.
