Traffic diversions for ‘Maha Sankalpa Sabha’

Police have put in place traffic diversions in view of the ‘Maha Sankalpa Sabha,’ a public meeting being held at the venue opposite Acharya Nagarjuna University on June 8.

The National Highway between Vijayawada and Guntur would be made into one way and only the vehicles coming from Vijayawada would be allowed. For those coming by cars to attend the event, parking was provided on the right side to Kaza toll gate.

Vehicles going towards Visakhapatnam, would be diverted via Budampadu, Narakoduru, Bapatla, Karlapalem, Cherukupalli, Bhattiprolu, Penumudi Varadhi, Pamarru, Gudivada before joining National Highway No. 5 at Hanuman Junction. Heavy vehicles from Guntur headed towards Hyderabad would have to take the Sattenapalli road and pass through Piduguralla, Dachepalli, Miryalaguda, Narkatpalle.

Vehicles headed towards Visakhapatnam and Kolkata from Chennai would have to take diversion at Throvagunta in Prakasam district and pass through Chadalawada, Nagullapadu, Chinaganjam, Chirala, Bapatla, Karlapalem, Cherukupalli, Penumudi bridge, Charlapalli, Pamarru, Gudivada and join the National Highway at Hanuman Junction. Vehicles coming from Chennai and going towards Hyderabad would have to take a diversion at Medarametla in Prakasam district and pass through Addanki, Piduguralla, Dachepalli, Miryalaguda, Narkatpalli before joining the NH -65.

Vehicles coming from Prakasam district and going towards Hyderabad would have to take diversion at Medarametla, go through Addanki, Piduguralla, Dachepalli, Miryalaguda and Narkatpalli and proceed to Hyderabad on NH-65. Vehicles coming from Hyderabad would be diverted at Jaggaiahpet in Krishna district, would pass through Nandigama, Hanuman Junction on the National Highway. Vehicles from Eluru headed to Chennai would be diverted at Kaikaluru, Gudivada, Repalle, Chirala and Ongole on the National Highway. Vehicles from Eluru headed towards Hyderabad would be diverted at Tadepalligudem and pass through Nallajerla, Jangareddygudem, Aswararaopet.
