Allari Naresh gets married to Virupa

Actor Allari Naresh tied the knot with Virupa at a traditional ceremony in Hyderabad on Friday night
Allari Naresh gets married to Virupa
Allari Naresh tied the knot with Chennai-based architect Virupa at 10 pm on Friday night, amidst beats of mridangam and nadaswaram. Post the thaali kattu ceremony, it was all fun and games, as the newlyweds were seen in their element during the ‘talambralu’, even as friends and family cheered them on. And almost four hours later, in the post-nupital ceremony where the bride and the groom vie with each other to retrieve a ring dropped in a pot, Allari Naresh had the last laugh.
“Both of them played the game very seriously. While Naresh won the first two rounds, Virupa got the ring in the final round... We had so much fun cheering for them,” said actor Nani’s wife, Anjana, who’s a close friend of Naresh.
“It’s truly a match made in heaven...” “The couple just can’t stop blushing...” “They look very much in love...” “They look perfect for each other...” — these were just some of the comments overheard as Naresh and Virupa posed for pictures, took selfies with their friends and greeted their guests. The ceremony came to an end around midnight, soon after Allari Naresh took Virupa outside to show her the ‘Arundhati nakshatram’.
When Chandrababu Naidu stopped the show, literally...
An hour into the ceremony, when Andhra CM, Nara Chandrababu Naidu walked in, along with son Lokesh, the rituals at the mandap had to be paused for few moments to felicitate a quick photo session with the couple. By then, both Naresh and Virupa were seated on either side of the curtain that separates the groom and the bride until the muhurtam; however, the couple made an exception for the chief minister and got up from their seats. And as soon as Chandrababu Naidu left the stage, the rituals proceeded without any further interruption.
Later, CBN was seen spending some time mingling with guests at the venue, during which Naresh’s elder brother Rajesh introduced his son, Aarav to him. The usually reticent CBN, who’s just become a grandfather himself, seemed to be in an indulgent mood as he interacted with the tots who gathered around him.
Cell phone-wielding young fans kept celebs on their toes
Almost all the celebrities who graced the ceremony were kept busy by kids and youngsters who flocked to them for selfies. As long as there were no bodyguards around, the kids didn’t let even a single celebrity go without posing for a selfie! From the wedding hall, to the mandap and even the food counters outside — the young uns were everywhere, ready with their phone cameras and selfie faces!
