BOARD EXAM RESULTS AT A GLANCE

Excellent results in board exams bring immense cheer to students and it is a matter of pride for teachers, parents and school authorities. Here is glimpse of results of schools part of The Hindu in School (THiS) programme.

SSLC

Sri Vidya Mandir School in Malleswaram has been achieving 100 per cent pass results for the past several decades. This year too, all 221 students have passed and 100 students have scored above 90 per cent. Pranava B. (99.2 per cent) has emerged topper followed by Sumanth Hegde (99.08 per cent), Meghana Oraganti (98.88 per cent) and Aneesh Duraiswaamy (98.56 per cent).

Daffodils English School in Sanjaynagar has achieved 100 per cent pass results and five students have scored above 90 per cent. Anoushka Prasad H.N. (94.56 per cent) is the school topper, while Shreevatsa N. (92.32 per cent) stood second.

AtSheshadripuram High School in Yelahanka Newtown , six students have scored above 95 per cent. Chethana A. (97.6 per cent) has emerged the school topper followed by Monika J. (96.49 per cent), Kasturi C.M. (96.16 per cent).

AtGopalan National School in Whitefield , Shruthi Sonti (93.6 per cent) is the school topper, while Anusha Suresh and Soudamini Hebbar both by securing 89.6 per cent have shared the second position.

AtPrasiddhi School in Vasanthnagar all 38 students have passed in first class. Mahima Mehta (96.8 per cent) is the school topper followed by Kushal Solanki (96.32 per cent) and Harsh Kumar (94.88 per cent).

AtMEC English School, Yelahanka Newtown , all the 32 students have passed and three students have secured distinctions. Rajesh G., is the school topper followed by Sichithra R.

ICSE and ISC

Bishop Cotton Schools too have achieved cent percent pass results.

AtBishop Cotton Girls’ School on St. Mark’s Road, in the ICSE (Grade 10) examinations, Deeksha Shravni (97.8 per cent) has emerged topper, while Lakshmi Sameeksha D. (97 per cent) has come second and Rhea Nandy (96.6 per cent) third.

In the ISC (Grade 12) science stream, Sakshi Mehta (97.25 per cent) is the school topper, while Shobhita Rajashekar (96 per cent) stood second. In the commerce stream, Shreya John (97 per cent) has emerged topper followed by Anjali Agarwal (96 per cent). In the arts stream, Namrata Menon (97.75 per cent) is the topper, while R. Pruthvika Prasad (97.25 per cent) stood second.

AtBishop Cotton Boys’ School on Richmond Road , in the ISC commerce stream, Aditya Shailesh Siroya (99.25 per cent) has secured the third rank at all India level. In the science stream, Sagar Gupta (98.25 per cent) is the school topper. In Grade 10, Mohit Kumar (97.5 per cent) is the school topper followed by Padmanabhan Krishnamurthy (97.33 per cent0 and Harshit Kumar and Ziyan Zafar both securing 96.83 per cent.

Daffodils English School in Sanjaynagar too has achieved 100 per cent pass results. Harshith U., with 94 per cent is the school topper, while Apeksha Arun Bhandarkar (93.5 per cent) has come second.

Students of Amara Jyothi English School in Devasandra, K. R. Puram have done the school proud in both SSLC and ICSE examinations by achieving cent percent pass results.

Monika. C.Y. (93.44 per cent) is the topper in SSLC followed by Pavan Kumar D. S (91.2 per cent) and Swathi M.A. (91.04 per cent). In the Grade 10 ICSE examinations, Aparna Adiga G. by (90.67 per cent) has emerged the school topper. Abhinav Jha and Raghu N.G., both with 90.17 per cent have shared the third position.

CBSE Class 10 and 12

In the class 10 examinations at Delhi Public School (Bangalore East), all 212 students have passed in first class. In all, 73 students have secured a CGPA of 10.

Anand Shiksha Kendra on Sarjapur Road has been achieving 100 per cent pass results for 10 years. This year, of 49 students, four have secured CGPA of 10, while 15 students have secured CGPA of over 9.

Six of 12 students of the first batch of The Amaatra Academy, Haraluru , have secured a CGPA 10 in the Class 10 CBSE examinations. The Amaatra Academy, a PES Institution, believes in imparting holistic education.

The Class 10 CBSE results brought immense cheer to students of National Public School, Koramangala. In all, 34 students of the 89 secured a perfect CGPA of 10, while 35 scored between 9 and 9.8. In the class 12 exams, 51 of the 65 students have scored above 90 per cent. M. Avadesh with an aggregate of 96.2 per cent was the school topper, while four students have come second by securing 95.6 per cent.

AtPresidency School, Bangalore East, Kasturinagar , in Class 12, of the 27 students, 16 have secured distinctions. Fathima Mohammad Shakir with 96.6 per cent is the school topper followed by Rahul Ragesh (95.2 per cent) and Vignesh B (90.4 per cent). In the Class 10 examinations, 12 of 47 students have secured a CGPA of 10.

For the third consecutive year, Leaders’ International School in Gauribidanur has achieved 100 per cent pass results. In all, two students of the 23 have secured CGPA of 10, while 10 students between 9 to 9.9 CGPA.

In the Class 10 examinations at National Public School, HSR Layout , of the 88 students, 31 have secured a CGPA of 10. In the Class 12 exams, the school average in science stream is 91.4 per cent, while in commerce stream it is 89.4 per cent. Aditya Arun (97.4 per cent) has emerged the topper in science stream. Hamsa Srikanth (94.6 per cent) was the topper in commerce stream.

For the 20th consecutive year, The Oxford Senior Secondary School (CBSE) in J.P. Nagar has achieved 100 per cent pass results in the Class 12 examinations. R. Jayanth (96.4 per cent) was the topper in science stream, while K. R. Vaishnavi (86.8 per cent) in commerce stream. In the Class 10 examinations, of the 97 students, 17 have secured a CGPA of 10.

AtNational Public School, Rajajinagar , 75 of 82 students in Class 12 science stream secured distinctions. Rupam Mandal and Sharang M. S., (96.8 per cent) were the toppers.

AtBGS NPS on Bannerghatta Road , all 30 students in science stream passed in first class. Deepti Guruprasad and Iniya E., (95.6 per cent) were the school toppers.
