Endemol Shine USA has lined up a new unscripted programming team, company president Eden Gaha announced Monday.

Linda Giambrone has been named executive vice president of unscripted production, Georgie Hurford-Jones is joining as senior vice president of unscripted programming, Michael Weinberg has been upped to senior vice president of development, Rachel Dax has been upped to senior vice president of unscripted production, Robin Feinberg was promoted to senior vice president of unscripted programming and Laura Gibson and Christopher Potts are joining as vice presidents of development.

“Along with Rob Smith, our EVP and Head of Unscripted Television, we have assembled a truly stellar team of producers and production executives at Endemol Shine USA, many of whom are already hard at work on our existing hit franchises and also developing what we believe will be the next wave of unscripted hits,” says Endemol Shine USA’s Eden Gaha.

These changes come following the merger between Endemol USA and Shine America’s scripted teams.
