Two kids send hilariously cute letters to PGA Tour pro who saved them from a flying golf ball

This is all just so cute and funny that it’s tough to know where to begin.

According to PGA Tour professional Jimmy Walker’s wife, Erin, a flying golf ball was flying towards a young fan during the last week’s AT&T Byron Nelson Championship. Walker told to get out of the way, but when they didn’t, American hero Jimmy Walker pushed them out of the way so they wouldn’t get hit. Basically something like this:

And that good deed didn’t go unnoticed by the two young fans, who each sent separate thank you notes. Here’s what one said about the incident:

“I will always remember when you saved my best friend from getting hit in the eye, you pushed him out of the way. Thanks!!!”

And the other:

“I will always remember you because you saved me from a hurling ball that was going to my face.”

Too cute.
