Crash course in Spanish

May 30, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:51 am IST - PUDUCHERRY:

The Auroville Language Lab is launching a Spanish learning crash course from Monday.

The lab has organised a first meeting for aspirants with the teacher on Saturday at 10 a.m. on its premises.

The ‘Fast Track Spanish Immersion Course’ will be administered by Maria Victoria, a faculty from Spain, and will offer an orientation in South American culture with emphasis on Hispanic heritage.

The course has been designed on a thrice-a-week schedule for three weeks, with a lot of emphasis on spoken communication, expression, and fun learning.

The fun part of the course includes activity, games, films and quiz, said Mita Radhakrishnan, Language Lab director.

The course will be run again in July.
