Maturity of Lodestone Re Ltd. Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 08 January, 2014 – Lodestone Re Ltd. (the “Company”) advises that, following the scheduled maturity of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) Listed Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes (the “Notes”) on 08 January, 2014, the Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

The affected Notes are:

1.    $125m Series 2010-2 Class A-1 Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Note Due 08 January, 2014; &

2.    $325m Series 2010-2 Class A-2 Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Note Due 08 January, 2014

The Company also advised that the Lodestone Re Ltd., Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Note Program will also be discontinued and delisted from the BSX immediately.
