Bergamo, 29th May 2015 - UBI Banca informs that the Management Board has resolved to appoint Dott. Victor Massiah, the Chief Executive Officer, also to the position of General Manager from 1st June 2015 until not later than the expiry of the Management Board's term of office (2016 Annual General Meeting).
