Hema Malini: Everything is fine and Dharamji was just visiting his doctor for a routine check up

Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra checked into South Mumbai's Breach Candy hospital on Thursday, May 28. Soon a flurry of online reports claimed that it was to undergo an MRI scan after he injured his shoulder during the filming of his upcoming action film, Second Hand Husband.
Garam Dharam had been busy shooting for the Gippy Garewal-starrer, which also marks the debut of Govinda's daughter, Tina Ahuja.According to the reports, the 79-year-old actor was feeling the pain ever since he hurt his shoulder a few days ago. He finally visited the hospital to get an MRI scan done.

However, his family has dismissed the rumours saying, "He is fine." Gastroenterologist Dr Sharad Shah said that the actor was admitted after he complained of uneasiness, which was mainly due to low haemoglobin levels. "We did suspect some internal bleeding but an endoscopy was carried out and it was all clear. He is doing absolutely fine and we will discharge him in a day or two after completing a thorough health check up," said Shah.

In April 2014, Dharmendra was advised complete bed rest by doctors, when he was shooting for the Punjabi film, Double Trouble. Earlier, in 2010, he was hospitalised in Chandigarh, after he complained of chest pain.
