CBSE results: city schools claim good showing

Many schools in the city on Thursday claimed to have secured 100 per cent results in the CBSE Class X results, with some students reportedly securing 10 on 10 CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average).

Following are the results from the respective institutions.

Jubilee Hills Public School: Achieved 100 per cent pass percentage. Of the 73 students who passed, 21 scored 10/10 CGPA. Bhavya Singh and A. Sreshta topped the list.

Sister Nivedita School: Secured 100 per cent pass. Of the 93 students who appeared for the examination, twenty-five per cent students scored between 9 and 9.8 CGPA and 8 students secured 10 CGPA.

DPS Nacharam: Achieved 100 per cent pass, with 35 students scoring 10 CGPA, 21 scoring 9.8 CGPA, and 108 students securing 9 CGPA and above.

Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Kondapur: Achieved 100 per cent results, with 14.6 per cent students securing 10 CGPA, and more than 57 per cent scoring between 8.2 and 9.8 CGPA.

Vikas Concept School: All 293 students passed the examinations, with 64 students scoring 10 on 10 CGPA.

International School’s distinction

International School, Shaikpet, secured 100 per cent results in the recently concluded ICSE examinations. School topper Irene Albi scored 98 per cent. School chairman Kakarla Subbarao and principal Sudha Ramanan congratulated the students.

Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Kondapur announced the following results of its CBSE Class XII. V. Divya with 95.2 per cent in science, V. Pranavi with 88.8 per cent in commerce, Suneeti Madhavan with 99 per cent in biology, R. Anusha, Advaika and J. Priyanka with 98 per cent in English, were thr toppers, said a news release from Vasanthy Parasuraman.
