SEOUL -- Samsung C&T, a key shareholder in Samsung Electronics, has won a $160 million development project in Malaysia.
The construction and trading unit of the South Korean conglomerate will construct a 25-story office building, a 15-story hotel and two 30-story hotels in the Iskandar region of Malaysia's Johor State -- right across the border from Singapore. The company will start the project by the end of this month and expects to finish in July 2018.
