Entertainment » OtherPosted at: May 27 2015 10:32PM CBI arrests MFL officialChennai, May 27 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today arrested a senior official of Madras Fertilisers Ltd allegedly while receiving a bribe, said an official of the investigating agency. According to a CBI official, Gnanasambandam, chief manager of Madras Fertilisers was caught when he was receiving Rs 100,000 as bribe from K V Reddy of High Tech Air Power Ltd. Gnanasambandam had demanded the sum as bribe for issuing Guaranteed Test Run Certificate so that High Tech can claim bills towards reverse osmosis membranes supplied by it. According to CBI, High Tech’s Reddy too has been arrested. Searches are being carried out at the residences of both the persons, CBI said. UNI XR RN NS2235Tags: #CBI arrests MFL official
