Madarsa's encourage homosexuality: AMU professor

Aligarh, May 27 (UNI) An Aligarh Muslim University(AMU) professor of the history department today stirred up a controversy by saying " Madarsa encourages homosexuality". Irked from the statement of professor on the multimedia messaging site Whatapp, erred students have raised up a demand to register a case and terminate the professor. Vice-president of the AMU student union Saeed Masdool Hasan here told UNI that history department of AMU is turning out to be a department of controversies. He said Prof Waseem Raja' s statement has hurt the religious sentiments and demanded to terminate the professor. Hasan said students of the university are irked from this statement and in case if any untoward incident happens then prof. Raja will be responsible for it. However, Prof Raja said it is a conspiracy being fabricated against him by hacking his whatsapp number and is being done by the teachers who are not happy from his promotion. UNI XC-SAU RN BD2120
