ECOFIN WATER & POWER OPPORTUNITIES PLC (the "Company")
The Company has been notified today that on Tuesday, 26 May, 2015, 750,000 Ordinary 0.1p Shares in the capital of the Company were transferred at a price of 150 pence per Ordinary Share, from a trust that Mr Bernard Lambilliotte (a director of the Investment Manager, Ecofin Limited) has an interest in to Financière Longtain, of which Mr Lambilliotte is a director and holds a significant interest. This transfer was to effect an internal personal financial re-organisation.
As a result of this transfer, the aggregate holding in the trust that Mr Lambilliotte is interested in is 2,108,096 Ordinary 0.1p Shares (representing 1.00% of the Company's issued share capital) and the aggregate holding of Financière Longtain is 2,275,000 Ordinary 0.1p Shares (representing 1.08% of the Company's issued share capital).
As a consequence of this internal transfer, the aggregate number of Ordinary 0.1p Shares held by Mr Lambilliotte and the trusts and companies in which he has an interest remains unaltered at 17,246,847.
