Ranveer Singh clarifies on the release of ‘Bajirao Mastani’

Ranveer Singh has denied rumours of his December release Bajirao Mastani being postponed.

Several news stories suggested that Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra starrer magnum opus won't release on Christmas. In the film's last schedule in Jaipur, Ranveer had incurred a shoulder injury during an important sequence. This has given way to the speculations of the film being delayed due to its lead man's prolonged absence.
But Ranveer, when quizzed about it, said, "While I was gone, Sanjay Sir (Sanjay Leela Bhansali) shot for all the sequences that did not require me! According to me, we haven't lost a single day. We will complete the shoot comfortably and release as per schedule."
