Many schools part of The Hindu in School (THiS) programme have achieved excellent results in the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE – class 12). School authorities attributed this success to the concerted effort of teachers, students, and parents.

The cadets of Rashtriya Military School, Bengaluru, have done the school proud this year, again, as all the 44 in science stream have passed in first class. Cadet Sumit Yadav, by securing 95.6 per cent, has emerged the school topper.

As every year, students of National Public School, Koramangala, have proved their mettle in this year’s examination too.

In all, 51 of the 65 students have scored above 90 per cent. M. Avadesh, with an aggregate of 96.2 per cent, is the school topper, while four students have come second by securing 95.6 per cent. For the 20th consecutive year, The Oxford Senior Secondary School (CBSE) in J.P. Nagar has achieved 100 per cent pass results. R. Jayanth, with 96.4 per cent, is the school topper in science stream, while K.R. Vaishnavi has topped commerce stream with 86.8 per cent.

At National Public School, Rajajinagar, 75 of the 82 students in science stream have secured distinction. Rupam Mandal and Sharang M.S., both by securing 96.8 per cent, are the school toppers.

At BGS NPS on Bannerghatta Road too, all 30 students who appeared for the examination in science stream have passed in first class. Deepti Guruprasad and Iniya E., both by securing 95.6 per cent, are the school toppers.

The school average in science stream at National Public School, HSR Layout, is 91.4 per cent, while in commerce stream it is 89.4 per cent. Aditya Arun, by securing 97.4 per cent, has emerged topper in science. Hamsa Srikanth, with 94.6 per cent, is the commerce topper.

V. Anushkumar, a student of Sri Chaitanya PU College, Nagarabhavi, has secured an aggregate of 94 per cent in the science stream.
