The heat wave in India has killed over 400 people with 368 deaths have been recorded in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alone. According to the meteorological department, the heat wave is expected to continue for a few more days.
On 19th May, Nagpur recorded a temperature of 47 degrees Celsius, becoming the hottest place in the country. Up north the country is experiencing high tempratures as well, including Delhi, that recorded the highest temperature of the season at 44 degrees Celsius on 22nd May.
