Jack Connolly, Bridgewater-Raynham — The senior and Notre Dame commit shut down a potent East Bridgewater lineup on Wednesday, going all seven frames in a 4-2 victory over the rival Vikings.

Dan Metzdorf, BB&N — The senior struck out 10 Lawrence Academy hitters, allowing only four hits en route to a Knights’ win that clinched the ISL title.

Max Curran, Needham — Trailing, 2-1, in the bottom of the fifth in Monday’s matchup against No. 3 Braintree, the sophomore lined a two-run single that provided the winning margin. The victory over the Wamps was one of the biggest upsets of the season.

Nic Barrett, Hingham — The senior had five hits against Whitman-Hanson, including a walk-off double in the eighth. The win qualified the Harbormen for the state tournament.

Jason Johndrow, Silver Lake — The junior tossed a one-hitter against eighth-ranked Plymouth North, striking out nine.

Matt Geer and Kyle Gillis, Malden — Geer, a sophomore, pitched allowed only four hits in the Golden Tornadoes’ 10-3 win over Everett. Gillis, a senior, hit a three-run home run in the first. The win was Malden’s first over the Crimson Tide since 2009.
