36 companies visit ITM Universe, Vadodara for recruitment

Inspite of its first batch passing out this year, the Institute of Technology and Management (ITM) Universe, Vadodara having its campus on Halol highway was able to get 36 companies on its campus for placement of students.

VADODARA: Inspite of its first batch passing out this year, the Institute of Technology and Management (ITM) Universe, Vadodara having its campus on Halol highway was able to get 36 companies on its campus for placement of students.
According to a release issued by ITM Universe, Vadodara, 72 percent of eligible students have been placed before passing out from the institute.

Some of the prominent companies that participated in the campus placement drives were Wipro Limited, Matrix Comsec, Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, INOX CVA Limited, RPG Raychem, Banco Products Private Limited, Tristar International, Collabera, e- Intelligence, Indian Engineering Company, Khodiyar Group, Jord International, Zydex, Vraj Software, Sanghvi Forging and Engineering and Window Maker among others.
The students were made employable by bridging the gap between industry expectations and their own skill sets, the release stated.
“Many of the students landed up with multiple job offers and they were in a dilemma to choose which company to opt for. In fact, MBA students of our institute were also able to land with handsome job offers and 91 percent of them have been placed,” the release mentioned.
“I am happy that our efforts have successfully been interpreted into good job offers for our students. The team efforts of our faculty and placement cell where they have worked day and night providing technical training and soft skills training to our students have successfully landed them with multiple job offers. The augmentation lecture series, workshops, conferences have benefitted the knowledge pool of our campus,” Kanupriya Singh Rathore, chairperson of ITM Universe, Vadodara said.
