Why: Their wedding brought Hollywood's elite to Venice, with stars like Matt Damon and Bill Murray jetting in for the long-awaited nuptials. Why: The Lanesborough is no stranger to a celebrity guest. Beyoncé and Jay-Z are regulars, often staying in The Royal Suite (which was also used for scenes in Eyes Wide Shut with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman).
