Stating that the linkage of voter identity cards with Aadhaar details must be completed by May end, Chief Electoral Officer Bhanwar Lal on Saturday said that the programme had been completed up to 90 per cent in Andhra Pradesh and 85 per cent in Telangana. “All District Collectors have been asked to take necessary steps such as using mobile units to complete the process in time,” he told at a meeting with officials here.
