KARACHI (Dunya News) – Former Speaker National Assembly Fehmida Mirza said on Saturday that Sindh government has lost its right to rule. Sindh High Court ordered Rangers to safely escort Zulfiqar and Fehmida Mirza to their home, reported Dunya News.

Sindh High Court ordered extension of Zulfiqar Mirza’s interim bail by a week and directed police not to book him for further cases.

Rangers escorted Zulfiqar and Fehmida Mirza to their home after Sindh High Court directed Rangers to ensure their safety.

Talking to media after reaching home, former National Assembly Fehmida Mirza said that 17 of her guards have been taken into custody.

She said that police personnel had stopped her from appearing in court after which she took refuge in registrar office.

She claimed that 3 police officers had been allegedly ordered to ensure the imprisonment of Zulfiqar Mirza.

Fehmida Mirza said that Sindh government has lost its right to rule.

She thanked judiciary and media on the occasion.
