JALANDHAR: What can be a fresh headache for top BJP leaders, firebrand leader, Sadhvi Prachi has claimed that in the May 25 meeting of Kendriya Maragdarshak Mandal of VHP at Haridwar, strategy to build Ram temple would be prepared and the temple would be built within the current tenure of the NDA government.
Sadhvi, who was here to attend the national conclave of BJP SC Cell of which she is a member of the national executive, made this claim on Friday after conclusion of BJP SC Morcha national conclave held here even as union Home minister Rajnath Singh had already said just ten days back that it was not possible to bring a law for construction of Ram Temple as the party did not have majority in the Rajya Sabha.

She denied that she was ever pulled up by top BJP leaders for making controversial statements. "Nothing like this has happened," she said when asked about the reports that BJP top leaders were uncomfortable with her statements and hotheads were pulled up.
While the other top leaders of BJP SC Morcha including its president Dushayant Gautam were very guarded in their comments about Punjab, Sadhvi Prachi said that Punjab government was biased against Dalits. 'They removed a dalit minister (Sarwan Singh Phillaur) just after name of his son came up in investigations in synthetic drug racket case but quickly issued a clean chit to Bikram Singh Majithia when his name came up in investigations," she said to buttress her contention.
