Arijit Singh sings a romantic number for 'Guddu Rangeela'

Singer Arijit Singh has been roped in by composer Amit Trivedi and director Subhash Kapoor to croon a romantic track for the upcoming film Guddu Rangeela. The song is titled 'Suiyaan' and Trivedi uses Arijit's acute sense of melody correctly.

Speaking about the song, filmmaker Subhash Kapoor says, "Arijit Singh has a golden voice and no one but him could have sung 'Suiyaan' in Guddu Rangeela. We can't wait to record the song with him that will be part of the film. His voice is just magical and this song will add more dimension to the album."

The film deals with the idea of Khap Panchayats' dominance in many parts of India. Though a risky subject, Kapoor feels, "People should definitely always be entertained but they should also have a take out from the movies.I think that's important."
