SIXTEEN livestock farmers in Batu Kawan are having sleepless nights after being served with a notice by the Penang Development Corporation (PDC) to stop cattle farming there.
Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) education officer N.V. Subbarow said the farmers had been rearing livestock on the land for more than 20 years.
