Locals in North Kashmir’s Mawar Handwara are up in arms against the scarcity of water since past several days, saying government in a deliberate attempt is pushing them to wall.While holding protest demonstrations on Friday, locals said there is not even a single drop of water available in the area with the government in slumber over such severe crises.They maintained that despite requesting the concern authorities several times, there has been no mitigation done to their sufferings so far.
