Three major fires were reported at a market and two factories in separate incidents on Thursday, the Delhi Fire Service (DFS) said.

A fire broke out at Keshavpur vegetable market around 10:40 a.m. Five fire tenders battled for an hour to douse the flames. Another fire was reported at a factory manufacturing air-coolers near the Udyog Nagar metro station. Twenty-two fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The fire, suspected to be due to a short circuit, broke out on the second floor and soon spread to the other floors. The third fire gutted a furniture factory near the Kapashera border in South-West Delhi. It took the firemen 30 minutes to douse the blaze.
